Refund Policy
At Re-flip SA LLC, we value your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our work. Please review our refund policy carefully:

1. Deposits
All deposits made to secure services are non-refundable, as they are used to reserve your project date, cover administrative costs, and purchase necessary materials in advance.

2. Cancellations Before Work Begins
If a client cancels a project at least 5 business days before the scheduled start date, and no materials have been purchased or custom work begun, a partial refund of up to 50% of the deposit may be considered, at our discretion.

3. Work in Progress
Once work has started, refunds will not be issued. We will, however, make every reasonable effort to resolve concerns and ensure you are satisfied with the final result.
4. Completed Projects
After project completion, we do not offer refunds. If there are any issues related to workmanship, we provide free touch-ups or corrections within [30–90 days—choose your warranty period], depending on the type of service performed.

5. Materials
We cannot refund costs for materials already purchased or custom-ordered for your project, regardless of project status or cancellation.

6. Disputes
If you are not satisfied, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or third-party dispute. We are committed to resolving any issues professionally and fairly.
